Submission instructions

One person can submit at most one abstract as a sole author and one as co-author. We will not accept abstracts that at the time of the deadline have been published or accepted for publication.

Abstracts should be anonymous, in the form of a PDF file, at most 2 pages in length, including examples and references, using a 12 pt. font with 2.5 cm (or 1 inch) margins on all sides. You will be also required to submit a short abstract (10 lines).

EasyChair requires authors to be registered. To create an EasyChair account:

Go to the submission link
- Follow the link to create an EasyChair account
- Enter name, email, and secret word
- Check your email
- Click the link in the message you get from EasyChair
- Enter your secret word
- Enter all your personal info (* fields are required)
The password must be 8+ characters (you get an error otherwise)
- Click the button at the bottom to submit and go back to the login screen

To submit your abstract once you have an EasyChair account:

Go to the submission link
- Enter your username and password
- Log in
- Click "New Submission" on the top of the page
- Enter information about author(s)
- For yourself, you can click the link at the top of the author box to enter your own information from your account profile into the form.
- For others, type it in. There is a link to add information about co-authors but it is not essential to set this up.
- Select at least one author, using the checkbox. That author will get mails from the system.
- Enter Title
- Enter Abstract (the ten-line blurb about your full abstract indicated above).
- Enter keywords (you require at least 3 words).
- In the upload paper section, browse for the pdf file of your abstract.
- You should *not* tick the “abstract only” box.
- Press the 'Submit' button. Do not press the button twice: uploading may take time.
- Logout is under a drop-down menu accessed by hovering your mouse over the EasyChair link.
